It would appear that a very thorough job has been carried out on your part....I am still trying to digest all the items mentioned but there would certainly appear to be a lot that would require addressing by the Builder otherwise I could be left 'out of pocket' if it were up to myself to get them rectified."

"Niall worked with us as an engineer on the specification and detailing of the energy systems ( solar panels , heating etc..), insulation and airtightness for a passive house self build which we have just completed.
This involved Niall’s in-depth knowledge of BER, building regulations, DEAP software and cost decisions/tradeoffs. In addition Niall met a number of suppliers to verify their credentials and capabilities and inspected the building during construction to develop snag lists( these proved really important!).
During the project Niall impressed me with his ability to develop cost effective, practical and buildable solutions for our home that have proven correct now that we have moved in. Always accessible, Niall produced clear and professional documentation. Most importantly of all, Niall’s expertise ensured we made the right & cost effective technical decisions when building our home"
